Gambler’s Relief’s founder and Director, John Gessner, MA/Licensed Psychologist, has been in the mental health care business for many years. He is a Minnesota State Approved Gambling Treatment Provider.
John works with people having multiple addictions and behavioral problems with significant success. He has worked in a variety of settings and has experience working with adults, couples, families and various groups including support groups.

Nancy A. Anderson, MA, C.C.G.C., has practiced in the field of mental health services for over 16 years providing psychotherapy for individuals, families and couples as well as comprehensive group therapy. Nancy has over 14 years experience helping problem gamblers and their families and is a Minnesota State gambling Addiction Provider.

Susan Campion is a State of Minnesota Gambling Treatment Provider, Nationally Certified Gambling Counselor II, and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She received her Masters of Science in Human Services. She has been providing support services to individuals and families for over twenty years. She has worked in a variety of environments, including inpatient, outpatient, and in private practice. Additionally, she has been a Social worker trained in working with special needs youth, primarily with attachment issues. This experience is a solid foundation for building healthy partnerships and empowering change in her clients. She specializes in teenagers and families impacted by gambling addiction.
